I used to live in the Springs, winter was horrible for my fingers! Numbness of the face, body or extremities (arms and legs) is one of the most common symptoms of MS. I seem to have a very narrow range of comfortable temperature. I will be discussing this with my neuro and hematologist.

Matt, Thank you so much for writing this article. And they should do an EMG. Thankfully for me I'm from Florida. MS is unpredictable. It doesn't fix discomfort from being out in the cold but at least I can sleep. In the meantime, I have never found a satisfactory treatment.
